LEGS AND BUTTOCKS
Use both hands placed on inner and outer thigh. Massage the product bottom up with circular movements to reactivate blood circulation too.
ABDOMEN
With hands in horizontal position, make clockwise circular movements. Massage from the center of the abdomen up to the breast.
ARMS
Massage from the wrist towards the shoulder.
